General

How can I modify my account?

Open the menu on the top right of the screen then click on « Settings ». All your modifiable data can be editted through the Settings window.

How can I manage my notifications?

Open the menu on the top right of the screen then click on « Settings ». Choose how you wish to be notified. One of the three options needs to be checked.

How to track my orders?

Open the menu on the top right of the screen then click on  " I am interested " or " They are interested ".

How can I manage my resources, creations or my published requests?

Open the menu on the top right of the screen then click on Manage my resources/creations.
To check your requests, click on the « Requests » menu above.

Can I offer both resources and creations?

Yes, if you have resources and/or creations, you can publish both.

How can I receive my « Creabag » ?

Unless you fulfill the conditions to receive a « Creabag », you cannot acquire one through any other means.

Resources

How can I submit a resource?

Click on the button on the « Resources » page, then fill out the form.

What type of resources can I submit?

You can only submit resources useful for creation. We will deliberately remove any organic resource that could present a danger. Food items, weapons, pornography and other items that are not conducive to creation will also be removed.

Who can publish resources?

Anyone can publish a resource.

Can I sell my resources?

Yes, it is possible. Simply select the option while filling out the resource publication form accessed through the button on the « Resources » page.

How can I mandate a particular creator to transform my resource?

This option is available to you on the creator profiles. Click on the resource that you have and that you want to transform. An automatic email will be displayed, complete it with your request and send it directly.

How can I find a particular resource ?

If you're unable to find your resource via the search engine, submit a request to the community through the « Requests » page.

How long will my resources remain published?

You can choose to limit the availability of your resource or leave it available until some one shows interest.

What happens if nobody shows interest in my resource before the expiration date?

The choice is yours; Your can extend the availability of your resource by clicking on the link sent to your email, or you can ignore it, and your resource will be automatically removed.

Can I contact the owner of a resource?

Yes. Once you have shown interest in a resource, you can find it on the « Activities » page, from which you can click on it and check the details or send a message.

Can I request an invoice for a purchased resource?

Trigoodi does not intervene in the sale process and takes no commission. You must reach an agreement directly with the seller.

What happens when a creator is interested in my resources?

You are notified via mail. You can then decide on what action to take, whether you accept or refuse their demand.
Whatever you choice, the other user will be notified once an action has been taken.

What happens if I am no longer interested in a resource for which I have shown interest?

Let the owner of the resource know via the interest page accessible through the « Activities » page.

What happens if a creator interested in my resource does not pick it up?

Trigoodi does not take responsibility for any issues that might arise between during the acquirement of a resource. You may send us a message through our email: info@trigoodi.com, in which case we will try to contact the user in question. If this situation is repeated a third time, the problematic user will be removed from the website.

What happens if the resource published on the website does not correspond to the actual item?

Trigoodi does not take responsibility for any issues that might arise between during the acquirement of a resource. We try our best to intervene when/where we can, but our intervention is limited.

What happens if I mandate a creator to transform my resource but he does not see it through?

Can I accept/turn down an interest for my resource?

Yes, you can take the necessary actions via the « Activities » page.

Why can I see neither my published resources, nor my published creations?

You can only publish resources useful for creation. We will deliberately remove any resource that does not correspond to our expectations.

Creations

How can I submit a creation?

Click on the button on the « Creations » page, then fill out the form.

What type of creations can I submit?

By creation, we mean the word in its general sense: « The action of establishing, founding something that did not exist before ». We do not impose any limitations, except the necessity fully or partially integrate recycled resources.

How to get orders?

As a creator, to receive orders, you need to register at least one creation and to have selected in the "orders" section of your settings the resources necessary for your creations.

Each visitor will then be able to order a creation from your personal gallery. All they have to do is click on the resource they propose and that you need.

How to be listed as a workshop organiser?

As a creator or individual, to be listed as a workshop organiser, you need to tick the box "agree to organise worshops" in the "orders" section of your settings.

Trigoodi will contact you for any request that might interest you.

Can I publish creations that were not realized from resources published on Trigoodi?

Yes, all creations can be published, as long as they integrate recycled resources, whether fully or partially.

What happens when a user shows interest in my creation?

You are notified via mail. You can then decide whether to accept or decline. If you accept, the interested user will be notified and your creation will be locked. You cannot modify/remove a locked creation. Trigoodi takes no responsibility for any issues that might arise during transportation of the items.
You can check the state of your creations/resources and their interests through the « Activities » page.

What happens if I accept a commission and the commissioner withdraws?

Trigoodi only puts people in contact. We take no commissions on any orders, and as such are not responsible for any issues that might arise during the processing of an order. You can try sending us a mail at « info@trigoodi.com », but we are in no way obligated to provide assistance.

What happens if, as a creator, I realise a commission and the commissionner refuses it?

Does Trigoodi take a commission on the sales of my creations?

Requests

How can I publish a search?

Requests are meant to be a way for users of Trigoodi to help one another out. To submit a search, Click on the button on the « Requests » page, then fill out the form.

How will I be notified if someone answers my search?

You will be notified via mail.

How long until my search expires?

Requests remain valid for Thirteen (13) days.
You will receive a mail to let you know if a search is about to expire twenty-four (24) hours before the due date.

Respons'Art

What is the Respons'Art label?

The respons'art label's objective is to federate Trigoodi's users around a single objective: To reduce waste. You can check out the chart here.

How can I acquire it?

You can acquire it by participating on Trigoodi, through either the publication of valid resources, or the publication of creations made from recyclable resources. In either case, you will have to accept the « Respons'art Chart » and the « Conditions » to publish content on Trigoodi.

What are the advantages?

Having a Respons'Art label can be a good way to show your convictions to your prospective clients, or to show your love for nature and your willingness to protect it.

Can I use this label outside of Trigoodi?

Yes. Once you acquire a label, you will receive a mail containing its visual, which you can use on your website or any other means of communication.

What do the levels mean?

Your level can be promoted/demoted depending on your activity. For more details, check the « Respons'art Chart ».

Why did my label disappear ?

You do not keep a label forever. To conserve it, simply continue participating on Trigoodi.
We ask that you at least publish one resource per month or one creation every three months. Else, you will automatically lose your label.
