Trigoodi is open to everyone. All you have to do is create an account when you start up, and register your exchange data to publish or respond to an offer.
Trigoodi asks you for your data only to allow you, among other things, to exchange with other advertisers of the site and to keep you informed of the activity on the site.

a) The first time you register on Trigoodi you must create your Login and Password. This guarantees you a private access. You you can change it at any time.
b) When you publish on Trigoodi, you must transmit the necessary information for the exchanges.

c) The professionals must transmit us the name of the company, the type, and the size of the company and in option, the logo of the company as well as the web address of the company.
d) To enable us to offer you targeted information, you must also provide us with your areas of interest.

Bank data

When you subscribe, you have to communicate your banking data to us. These are managed by our online payment platform secure online payment platform Stripe. They are strictly confidential and are only used to pay your subscription.

2.  Data that we collect automatically through the use of our services   

We record usage data when you access (or in any other way use) our services, including our Site and Applications, including when you search, reply to or post Ads, or use our  Messaging Service or Secure Payment Service.

In particular, we measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits to the  Site, as well as the activity of visitors on the Site and their frequency of return. 
We use login credentials (including mobile device credentials) and cookies and your IP address to identify you and to record your activity.

B. Data Management

Use of your data on the basis of the execution of your contract

allow you to be contacted by an Advertiser;

allow you to search for ads around you based on your location data;

Recipients of our data

The data we collect is accessible to our service providers, acting as subcontractors, who contribute to the above-mentioned purposes (hosting service provider, payment service provider, advertising technology, etc.).

When you respond to an Advertisement, your contact data is transmitted to the Advertiser or to the professional concerned, who is responsible for processing, which is at the origin of the data.

The advertiser is liable for any breach of these obligations and guarantees and indemnifies Angaleo SRL (Owner of Trigoodi) (including court costs and legal fees) against any action, claim or demand brought by an authority or a third party as a result of any breach of this article by the advertiser.

C. Rights

Your rights

Right of access: this is your right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your data is being processed, and if so, to access this data. Right of rectification: this is your right to obtain, as soon as possible, that your inaccurate data be rectified and that your incomplete data be completed. You can also, at any time, modify the personal data of your Personal Account and/or Professional Account, except your e-mail address. Complaints: you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Instructions in the event of death: you have the right to give instructions for the fate of your personal data in the event of your death.
